HOUTOS LABS

Apps sit on top of systems. We build the systems: payment flows and ledgers, AI agent platforms, and full-stack product that ships. This page is that claim in lab form, one hand-written file with no frameworks, libraries or images. Every pixel, chart and animation is drawn in code.

§ 01 · Interaction engineering

A concierge that talks back.

A pocket concierge on a phone modeled in pure CSS 3D, with no image files and no WebGL. Drag it to spin it. The conversation is a scripted demo running in your browser. The streaming, the typing states and the quick replies are real interaction engineering. Wiring it to a model is the easy part. The guardrails are the job.

  • 3DHand-built device. Stacked rounded-slice extrusion, real depth, a titanium back. It spins on its own or when you drag it.
  • UXStreaming chat mechanics. Typed responses, thinking states and quick replies. Scripted here, and labeled that way.
  • 1×One file. No frameworks or libraries. Fonts are the only external asset, and system fonts stand in offline.

Hey, you found the hidden lab. 👋 I'm the Houtos concierge, a scripted demo. Everything on this page is hand-built.
What does Houtos build, exactly?
Fintech infrastructure, AI agent platforms and full-stack product: the systems other products are built on.

§ 02 · Systems, simulated and labeled

Interfaces that turn data into decisions.

Three product surfaces we design and build: payments infrastructure, an algorithmic trading desk and an AI-agent control plane. Every number carries its context, and every scale starts at zero. The telemetry is simulated and labeled. The engineering is what's on show.

§ 03 · What we build

Full-stack range, infrastructure depth.

From the database schema to the last easing curve, we own the whole stack. We fuss over the seams between the layers, and we grade every release before it ships.

Fintech & payments

Ledgers that balance to the penny, idempotent payment flows, reconciliation and payout state machines, with an audit trail designed in from the first table.

AI agents & platforms

Multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, tool use and control planes with guardrails. AI systems you can watch, explain and keep in bounds.

Full-stack product

React and TypeScript front ends, Node & Rust services, and the interaction craft that makes a product feel inevitable. This page is the sample.

For the record: fonts (Satoshi + IBM Plex Mono) are the only external asset, and every dashboard number above is simulated and labeled that way. Our reports follow the same rule: an estimate never dresses up as a measurement.
