ContactTalk to the people who would do the work.
Tell us what you're building, or what's already built and underperforming. Every first reply includes a real observation about your situation, so you can judge how we think before you spend a dollar on it.
Tell us what's going on
Pick the reason that fits and your message goes to the right place. That includes the statutory requests that Privacy, Terms and the Credits policy send here.
Prefer plain email? hello@houtoslabs.com is the same inbox, with no form in between.
A person reads it
A person replies, with something specific
A person writes back, usually with something we noticed about your site, system or plan. There's no auto-responder and no drip sequence. If we're the wrong fit, we'll say so.
Evidence before any proposal
Most engagements start with a graded reading of what already exists. The measurement shapes the scope. What's easiest to sell doesn't get a vote.
Scope, sequence and exit gates
A written plan with the phases, the decision points, and the measurable gate each phase has to pass. You'll know what "done" means before we start.
And who it isn't
Founders shipping something ambitious. Technical teams who want a partner that reads the code as closely as the deck. Owners who need a straight reading of a system before they spend on it. If you're after flattery, look elsewhere. We grade.
Sent here by Terms, Privacy or the Credits policy?
They send you here on purpose. Choose the matching reason in the form and it reaches the right person.
- Redeeming your $50 development credit. We confirm your balance and apply it to the engagement. The terms are in the Credits policy: the credit is valid 90 days from your first purchase, and refills stack inside that same window rather than extending it.
- Billing or a charge. Card checkout is not live yet, so no payments have been processed and no receipts exist. When it launches, Stripe processes payments and your Stripe receipt is the billing record.
- A privacy or data request. Access, correction, deletion or objection. The Privacy Policy says what we hold and why.
- An accessibility barrier. Tell us the page and what happened. Our open issues and untested areas are listed by name in the Accessibility statement.
- A statutory rights request. Our policy is credit rather than cash, but the law comes first. Where a non-waivable right applies to you, our policy does not remove it (Credits policy § 06).
Informational, not legal advice.
The firm behind the grade
Those are the facts we can stand behind. You won't see client logos, borrowed testimonials or counts we can't show you. We publish the rubric we grade against instead, and we run it on our own site.
Try the instrument before you talk to us.
Run your site through The Grader, the same reading our own releases have to pass. It's free, and it signs you up for nothing.
